Dale, Chris and family...our thoughts and prayers for all of you will continue forever. Frank was a great friend and "mentor" to me personally. We are truly satisfied knowing another "addition" to the heavenly mansion will now be completed by a skilled carpenter. Take comfort in your hearts...he went home.

We are saddened by Frank’s passing. We have been good friends since we transferred from Division 1 in the early 70’s and even bought a house in the same neighborhood and spent many fun times together. You can be assured that he will have all the angels singing country music and dancing the night away!

I worked with Frank in the 1980’s and always had a great respect for his professional abilities, his integrity, and as a very caring man. I genuinely enjoyed his company over the years and working in Area 13 with him as a Trooper. He was respected and looked up to and I know the mark he left on so many lives will always be remembered. The photo is of Frank, Charles Bockey, and myself at an accident scene on route 522 near crossroads grocery i think in 1987 or 1988. My condolences to Frank’s family. Mark Anderson
