Linda Thompson left a message on March 12, 2016:
We are sad over Frank's passing. He was Linda's neighbor on Miller Street, Winchester, VA and a frequent guest at Bluegrass Jams at the home of Linda and Duane Thompson, along with Nancy Nylander. Frank was interested in so many things and was such an interesting person to talk to. Matthew Stollings enjoyed visiting Frank when Matt was a teenager. He described Frank as an inventor. Frank could do so many things. He even picked up a guitar and played a little at our Bluegrass jams. He was a one of a kind guy and will be missed.
