Such a good friend....so sorry to hear. Sure did share some great times with him and the whole Miccio family. 31 years of the Coffee Klotch in Pirmasens Germany are a treasure..will remember him and all those crazy conversations always.

On behalf of the members of the Sat.AM "International Stammtisch" at McDonalds ''Koffee Klotch", we extend our sympathy to the Family. Even though most of us did not know his Family, Frank talked often of them. We knew Frank for many years both in the Army and later in retirement.
It is appropriate that we will be represented by a member who has returned to live in the States,as Frank did, Gary Frier.
