Frances Louise Boyce McKay Seekford

Frances Louise Boyce McKay Seekford, 79, of Frederick County, Virginia, died Tuesday, February 14, 2012, in her home.

Mrs. Seekford was born in 1932, in Winchester, Virginia, the daughter of the late Lloyd and Grace Boyce. She was a retired School Bus Attendant with the Frederick County School System. Mrs. Seekford attended Highland Presbyterian Church.

She married Lewis Vincent Seekford on April 4, 1980, in Winchester, Virginia.

He first husband, Oscar McKay, preceded her in death on September 4, 1978.

Surviving with her husband, are three daughters, Joann Mason and husband, Larry, of Stephens City, Virginia. Sidney Feathers and husband, Steve, of Winchester, Elizabeth Garrett and husband, Charles, of Stephens City; son, Dearing McKay of Stephens City; eleven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and her brother, Raymond Boyce and wife, Judy, of Frederick County, Virginia.

Frances was one of seven children and she was preceded in death three sisters and two brothers; as well as her son, Danny McKay.

All services will be private.
