Russell E Dulaney, Jr. left a message on January 13, 2024:
Dee came into our Dulaney family as my stepmother in 2012, and we came to know her as a smart, self-reliant woman with style, confidence, and generosity. But her inner strength was brilliantly displayed in adversity. She tirelessly advocated for my father and worked hard to ensure his care, even as she faced her own challenges. She will forever have our gratitude and respect, and we share our condolences for her loss.
