Esther A. (Bueno) Siver, 79, of Stephens City, Virginia, passed away on June 9, 2026, at Winchester Medical Center.

Born on January 1, 1947, in Jolo, Sulu, Philippines, Esther was the daughter of the late Cirilo, Sr. and Ruth A. Bueno. She later became a citizen of the United States and made her home in Virginia.

Ging worked for many years as a cashier in retail, most notably with Martin’s Food Markets in Stephens City. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and treasured every opportunity to be with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Before becoming a grandmother, she volunteered at the Shelter for Abused Women in the 90s. Ging was known for her generosity which included sharing her loving heart through food, gifts, and her endless support.

She is survived by her daughter, Sara Siver of Stephens City, Virginia; her sons, James Siver of Stephens City, Virginia, and Chris Siver of Bunker Hill, West Virginia; grandchildren, Davyen, Mia, Colton, Lillian, and Tyson; great-grandchildren, Alahna and Kai; her brothers, Franklin Bueno of Maryland and Rueben Bueno of Tennessee; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Martina Tan and Paulita “Lita” Amigo and her brothers, Marcelino Bueno, Cirilo Bueno, Jr. and Benjamin Bueno.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, from 6pm to 8pm with a time of sharing at 7pm all held at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel. Interment will be private with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
