Esther Edna Mitchell of Winchester, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2018. She was born in 1922 and was one of eleven children of the late Marvin and Dora Cowger. My Dear Sweet Little Esther, I'm very saddened to learn you had passed. You were an amazing woman with the strength others can only pray for.
