We have so many pleasant memories of Elwood and the many kind things he and Turessa did for us while we lived in Winchester. We could always depend on Elwood to walk through the pines and check on our house and surroundings if we were gone for a few days. We shall never forget the time when Evert was getting radiation treatments at the hospital and we came home to find Elwood and Turessa in our garden digging our potatoes. Couldn't ask for better neighbors. I feel so honored to have a few of his handmade craft items to remember him. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Our sincere sympathy to all the family.
