We Are So Very Saddened by the loss of such a Great man and inspiration to the community. I learned so much from him about real estate. He was A great help and true inspiration to me during my career as an agent. More so he was an inspiration to the community and always set the example for others. He will be so greatly missed. Hope you are all doing well during this most trying time. Know that you are all in our daily prayers. Most sincerely, Donna Adams

My uncle Shotsie had a heart of gold and a spine of steel. He loved his family deeply and would craw through glass to help anyone who needed it. Some of my best childhood memories was going to the movies with Shotsie, he would always buy me a toy afterwards. In fact, my love of cinema came from him. I love you dear uncle and will miss you forever.-nephew Eric Bayliss
Bentley & all the Family,I am so sorry for the loss of your brother. He was a nice man. Don't know if you remember me or not (AMOCO). I didn't realize he was your brother until now. My dad was a land developer and he sometimes got him to sell property for him. Please know that your family is in my thoughts and that prayers go out to all. With Deepest Sympathy,Vickie

Shotsie will be remembered as a wonderful Brother in Law, and always treated Deb like a queen! He learned a valuable lesson on my wedding day, which he mentioned many times, "Do not tell a bride on her wedding day that you don't like her hair style."When my 4 children came along, they loved to spend the weekends with Uncle Shotsie and Aunt Debbie! Shotsie spoiled my children. He and they loved every minute of it!Apple Blossoms were so special for my family. Uncle Shotsie would slip the kids surprises while mom and dad were not looking! He will be missed, but we have so many wonderful memories of him. These memories will help comfort us. We all love you Uncle Shotsie!
I met Shotsie at Madison College where I enjoyed his sense of humor, smile, and friendship. We later connected after I married and moved to the valley. He always had a smile and a hug for me and I know how much he loved his family. My heart is just broken after reading the news and my prayers are with you all. Molly Lantz
In 1978, fresh out of a PA college, I took a job for Frederick County Schools. My interview was at the "Kernstown Annex" (now Kernstown Apartments). The only part of Winchester I'd seen was Route 11 and south toward Rt. 81. I'd been given Shotsie's name for help in finding an apartment. At this point he was the first person I'd met! After I'd decided on a place on Williamson Road, Shotsie noticed me silently crying. "What's wrong?" he asked. I told him that I'd made a big mistake...that Winchester was nothing but fast food places and ugliness. So, he drove me all around historic, beautiful Winchester! "This is the REAL Winchester," Shotsie said. And he was right. I'll miss you, Shotsie. Thank you for my first welcome to Winchester.Patti Atkins
I was shocked to hear of this sad death. Shotisie was a neighborhood friend since we were little kids. He always remained helpful to me and mother, and was such a true gentleman. I will always remember our childhood memories and cherish his friendship forever. My prayer go out to all his family members.Tiny
