Ellen V. Triplett
Ellen “MawMaw” Virginia Haymaker Triplett, 71, of Frederick County, Virginia, died Friday, June 17, 2016, at Winchester Medical Center.
Ms. Triplett was born in 1944, in Winchester, Virginia, the daughter of the late Annie and Russell Haymaker. She attended John Handley High School. She was a retired employee with Capital Records where she worked on the production line. Ms. Triplett enjoyed babysitting and spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are two daughters, Karen Triplett Lewis of Winchester, Virginia, Miki Edge and husband, George, of Chestertown, Maryland; three sons, Jerry Triplett, Ritchie Triplett and Kenny Triplett and his wife, Sheryl, all of Winchester, Virginia; grandchildren, John Wayne, Russell, Corey, Weslee, Danielle, Tyler, Chris, Alex, Garrett and Brook; great grandchildren, Destiny, Madison and Caden; her sisters, Bessie Omps of Bloomery, West Virginia, Juanita Creswell of Winchester, Virginia, Billie Fletcher of Stephens City, Virginia, Phyllis Tyson of Glengary, West Virginia, Elizabeth Wright of Winchester, Virginia and her brother, Clarence Haymaker of Clear Brook, Virginia.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 24, 2016, from 10:00 AM -12:00 PM, at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
A celebration of life will be held at Noon on Friday, June 24, 2016, at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel. Interment will be private.
