Edward “Eddie” Franklin Riggleman

Edward Franklin Riggleman, age 45, of Winchester, Virginia, died Sunday, September 29, 2012, in Winchester Medical Center.

Mr. Riggleman was born in 1967, in Winchester, Virginia, the son of Edgar F. and Joan W. Riggleman. He was a graduate of James Wood High School Class of 1985. Eddie was known for his carpentry skills and as a motorcycle mechanic.

Surviving in addition to his parents, are a daughter, Haley Reynolds of Front Royal, Virginia; two sons, Edward A. Riggleman of Middletown, Virginia, and Brandon A. Faircloth of Winchester, Virginia; and a sister, Amanda Marshall and her husband Wes, of Weyers Cave, Virginia.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 3, 2012, at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel with Pastor Richard Fosdick officiating. Interment will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday in Caplinger Cemetery, Criders, Virginia.

The family will receive friends at 10:00 AM, one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Omps Funeral Home, 1600 Amherst Street, Winchester, VA 22601 to help with funeral expenses.
