Edward F. Lloyd, Jr.

Edward Franklin Lloyd, Jr., 60, of Reston, Virginia, died Thursday, June 21, 2012, in Reston, Virginia.

Ed was born in 1951, in Winchester, Virginia, the son of Edward F. and Mary Ellen (Tavenner) Lloyd, Sr. He was a graduate of Oakton High School in Vienna, Virginia and was a 20 year resident of Pathway Homes. Mr. Lloyd worked in the Postal Department of Cameron Station in Alexandria, Virginia.

Surviving with his parents of Little Elm, Texas, is his brother, Paul Lloyd of Boynton Beach, Florida; sister, Debbie Lloyd Jobe and husband, Dave, of Frisco, Texas; aunts, Betty Ann Journell of Winchester, Virginia and Bettie Lloyd of Sebastian, Florida, as well as a nephew, nieces and numerous cousins.

A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Friday at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel with Pastor Dave Jobe officiating. Interment will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Berryville, Virginia.
