Edmond (Ned) Harrison Haugen, Jr., 88, peacefully passed away February 12, 2022, at home in Stephens City, Virginia. Ned was born in Evanston, Illinois in 1933, the son of Edmond Harrison Haugen, Sr. and Helen Methfessel Haugen of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Ned grew up in Birmingham, Michigan.
