Earl E. Carver, Sr.
Earl Edward Carver, Sr., age 71, of Stephens City, VA, died Saturday, January 8, 2011 in the Winchester Medical Center.
Mr. Carver was born in 1939 in Stephens City, the son of the late German G. and Susan N. Carver. He was a route man for National Linen Co. until his retirement.
He married Mary Faye Adams in 1991 in Winchester.
Surviving with his wife are four daughters, Candi Lee of Winchester, VA, Lisa Marie Carver of Martinsburg, WV, Linda Domer and husband, Kenneth of Winchester, and Melissa Morrell and husband, Randy of Tennessee; a son, Earl E. Carver, Jr and wife, Paula, of Buckannon, WV; a stepson, Jeffery Scot Pietsch of Charlestown, WV; thirteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a sister, Thelma Newlin of Stephens City, and a brother, Bobby Carver and wife Rebecca, of West Virginia. He was one of six children, and was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel with Reverend Steve Melester officiating. Interment will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Middletown, VA.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M at the funeral home.
