I just came across a note Dr. Pulizzi had written for me regarding an allergy I have. I have thought of him many times since I was his patient, as I think he was the best I have ever had. I saw him in the mid 60’s until I moved to Maryland, and I missed his caring and positive approach to my health. He was quite a blessing to many many people. I’m glad I was lucky enough to have known him for a short time.

Started going to Beauregard Medical Center in the 1980's. After Dr. Tregubov left I was lucky to have Dr. Pulizzi as my doctor until he retired. Just the best ever. He always made me feel like he really cared about me and everybody else because I could hear him talking to other patients at Beauregard through the walls when I waited in my room. I missed him immediately when he left and just found out today about his passing. Took me forever to find another doctor I liked - couldn't stand any of the new ones they got at the old practice. I guess I was spoiled. We would always talk about exercise and nutrition etc. He knew I liked to walk alot. He also tried to get me to quit taking antibiotics but would give in and give them to me because he was so kind. Well it's been almost four years now since I took any! Hope he had some enjoyment in his retirement. His family was so lucky to have him! RIP Dr. P.

I'm sure sorry to learn of Dr. Pulizzi's passing. I just googled him tonight hoping he had come out of retirement and started up his old practice. He was a hell of a doctor... the kind of doctor you just can't find anymore (at least, I can't). He taught me a lot about healthy living. He saw limiting sugar consumption as a near-panacea... and he was right. It was amazing what his advice did for me. He knew things the medical establishment didn't and still doesn't know. Here I am being selfish and wishing he were still here to be my doctor. But The Good Lord knows he's earned his eternal reward. May The Lord bestow solace upon his family in their time of grief. Dr. Pulizzi loved them very much and spoke of them often.

Sorry to hear about the passing of Dr. Pulizzi. He was my doctor for some time and he was my favorite doctor I’ve ever had. Thoughts and wishes are with his family.

i am just now learning about Dr. Pulizzi moving to Heaven - we met when I was starting my career in DC in he early 70's - THE BEST PHYSICIAN AND FINEST HUMAN BEING AND TEACHER IN HEAVEN AND ON EARTH - and now that he has returned 'Home' I just know he will be working on the other side with a passion to improving Medicine and Fitness in the Universe... my Heart goes out to his family... one of his sons is my brother's age and we often traded stories about their times in their medical schools - you are so fortunate that he was/is your Dad and I know he will still be with you, guiding you! My sincere condolences for yours and our loss... I can still hear his 'lectures' on fitness in my head, Thank God.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Dr. Pulizzi was my family doctor from 1963 until his retirement, he delivered my youngest daughter in 1966. He was an excellent doctor, such a joy to talk to and was such a caring individual. He shared many experiences of his growing up years and showed an interest in his patient's lives. The world has lost a wonderful person. I am sure he has a special place in Heaven. My heartfelt sympathy to all of his family.
