Dorothy Ellen Bolyard

Dorothy Ellen Bolyard, 87, of Stephenson, Virginia, died Thursday, October 4, 2012, in Winchester, Virginia.

She was employed by O’sullivan Corporation for many years and later worked for Lear Corporation until her retirement in 1997. Dorothy had a love of flowers and she will be remembered for the countless days she spent in her flower gardens.

She is survived by a daughter, Sandra Rowley, and her husband, John, of Winchester, Virginia; four grandchildren, Larry Baker Jr., Michael, Robbie and Stacy Bettis, and two great grandchildren, Landon and Audra Baker. Her daughter, Bonnie Dick, preceded her in death as well as one sister and two brothers.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Tuesday at Shenandoah Memorial Park with Pastor Larry Veach officiating.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
