Donna Marie Gur, 63 of Winchester, VA passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Winchester Medical Center.

Donna was born in 1960 in Pittsburgh, PA the daughter of Eugene Gur and the late Mary Jane Hartman Gur. She earned her Associates Degree from Lord Fairfax Community College. Donna was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Winchester. She retired from Meritus Health Hospital in the medical records department. Donna was a bird watcher, a nature lover and all around outdoor enthusiast. She also enjoyed crocheting.

She is survived by her daughter, Molly Gur of Baltimore, MD; sisters, Laura Hart (Gary) of Virginia Beach, VA, Lynne Just of Richmond, VA and Gretchen Comer (Alex) of Madison, VA.

Donna is preceded in death by her mother and brother, Michael Gur.

Services for Donna will be private.

I'm so sorry to hear the news of Donna's passing. She was a kind person and enjoyed birdwatching with my mother, Julie Simpson. Her last message to me was about watching the birds outside her window at the feeder. Prayers, thoughts, hugs, and lots of kind memories to her family.
