Donald A. Clark
Donald Allen Clark, 80, of Winchester, VA died Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at his residence.
Mr. Clark was born in 1932 in Phineyville, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Wilbur S. and Eva V. Clark. He was a truck and bus driver until his retirement, attendee of the Church of Christ at Mountain View and the American Legion. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served during the Korean War.
Mr. Clark married Lois Alma Thompson Clark on May 19, 1962.
Surviving with his wife of 50 years are six daughters, Cynthia Clark, Wendy Tusing, Tracy Alt, Sandra Kline, Donna Mulhall and Denise Hymes; two sons, Dennis Koszyk and Donald Koszyk; 21 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren, and two brothers, Nelson Clark and Thomas Clark.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Rose Boccanera and a brother, Wilbur Clark.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Monday at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel with Evangelist Charles Doughty and Mr. Chris Straley officiating. Entombment will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Pallbearers will be Dennis Koszyk, Donnie Koszyk, Mickey Lowden, David Tusing, Craig Kline, Mike Alt, Taylor Wingfield, Matthew Rock and Ryan Wingfield.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel.
