Rev. Mary Myers left a message on January 27, 2018:
Wonderful, dedicated Diane, always 'on duty' and taking care of every detail to keep UMC Seminary running smoothly from being Treasurer during sessions, cooking and supplying 'cooks' as well as the groceries needed for multiple days meals. In her extra time, she was groundskeeper weeding, planting special flowers, and managing grounds mowing. Well done!, Diane, so well done. Glad Gary and I were able to visit you a couple days before your Passing and God Speed, good friend.

We met Diane at UMC in Roanoke. She always had a smile on her face and more than willing to help wherever she was needed. That beautiful smile now looks down upon all of us with her grace. It was an honor to know her.
