Dian Lee (Rinker) Elliott, 72, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at WMC.

Born on March 13, 1954, in Winchester, VA, Dian was the daughter of the late Elmer Alonza Rinker and Elizabeth Lee (Hodson) Harmon. Dian was a high school graduate and was retired, having previously worked in retail at Handy Mart.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Arthur Elliott, who passed away on August 2, 2023. They were married on June 9, 1977, in Winchester, VA. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Donald Rinker.

Dian is survived by her three children: daughters Heather Hartley of Stephens City, VA, and Rebecca Elliott of Augusta, WV, and son Matthew Elliott of Winchester, VA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren. Additionally, she is survived by her two sisters, Brenda Robinson of Middletown, VA, and Doris Wells of Strasburg, VA, special niece, Julie Spaid; sister-in-law, Shelva Elliott Fitzgerald Orndorff and dear friend, Carolyn Walden.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
