David E. Crawford

         David Eugene Crawford, 56, of Frederick County, Virginia, died Tuesday, May 5, 2015, in Hedgesville, West Virginia.

 

         Mr. Crawford was born in 1958 in Clearwater, Florida, the son of Harold and Carolyn Crawford of Winchester, Virginia.  He was a graduate of James Wood High School, Class of 1977.  Mr. Crawford was a veteran of the United State Marine Corps achieving the rank of Private.  He was a mechanic with Rice’s Tire Company in Winchester, VA.

 

         Surviving with his parents are daughters, Cassandra “Kacey” Kingsbury (Jimmy, Jr.) and Anthea Davitt (Milford), and four grandchildren.  He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

 

         David is preceded in death by a sister, Teresa Carol and a brother, Sampson H. Crawford.

 

         All services with Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel, will be private.
