Well now that I am following direction after Amanda told me “You didn’t follow directions” About 100 years ago when Connie became my Aunt I sooo clearly remember the day she said to me “Cause I’m your favorite Aunt!” I made the mistake of saying “No” not meaning she was not my favorite Aunt but that all my Aunts were my favorite Aunts.! I tried to explain what I meant but of course she just played it off and teased me, never letting me live that down. Now 100 years later I’m sure to say the last time she and uncle came to my house to visit my mom as they were leaving I said you all come back soon! Her come back was “You know we will “cuz I’m your favorite Aunt.” We both laughed as she said “I got you there now didn’t I?”

The first time I met this beautiful woman, she talked to me like we had been friends for years. I complimented her on her purse, she later had her beautiful daughter, Amanda gift it to me. She had a smile that would light up the darkest part of your day. You couldn’t help but LOVE her! Your heart was filled with peace just knowing she was in your life. I only knew two of her precious blessings, Amanda and Larry, and both are caring, fun loving and big hearted, just like their momma. She was truly a beautiful person, inside and out. My heart aches for her family. You rest now punkin, you have earned your beautiful wings. ???

I remember going into church every Sunday morning with my great grandma (Emma Puffinburger or Sis) Sister in law of Connie) and it being nothing but pure happiness. Id always sit in-between the two and Connie never made it a dull moment. There was not once she did she not try to offer me a mint/peice of candy from her pocket. Sundays with her were always the best. We would always call each other and tease each other like best friends. Im glad she's no longer in pain and finally with the lord himself.
