Constance “Connie” Ann Sealock Parker-Williams, 67, of Frederick County, Virginia, passed away on Friday, December 28, 2018, at Fox Trail Senior Living in Stephens City, Virginia.
Connie was born in 1951, in Alexandria, Virginia the daughter of the late Mary Jane and Warren Sealock. She was a travel agent with Rubbermaid Commercial Products serving for 15 years. Connie was a member of Winchester Church of God in Winchester. She was a volunteer with Hope Again Care Center. She enjoyed shopping, electronics and small gadgets, but most of all she loved her family and friends.
She married Charles Zirkle Williams on December 27, 1997, at their home.
Surviving with her husband are daughters, Susan Bailey (Jay) of Clarke County, Virginia, Kim O’Quinn (Brandon) of Top Sail, North Carolina, and Stephenie Morley of Florida; sons, Martin Williams (Melissa); Daniel Eli Parker (Emily) all of Winchester, and Michael Wayne Parker (Elizabeth) of Stephens City; grandchildren Caroline McGovern; Matthew Williams, Wyatt Parker all of Winchester, Virginia; grandchildren, Jathan Harper, Jared Rinker, Joshua Parker of Stephens City, Virginia, Scott Kline, Chelsea Reynolds, Brady Reynolds and Madison Williams all of Winchester, Virginia; granddaughter, Sara Morley of Florida.
Connie was preceded in death by a grandson, Allen Williams.
The family will receive friends on Thursday evening, from 6:00PM to 8:00 PM, at Winchester Church of God.
A funeral service will be conducted on Friday, at 1:00 PM at Winchester Church of God, with Pastor Kent Woodward officiating. Interment will be in Mount Hebron Cemetery, Winchester, Virginia.
