Concha S. Troitino, 89 of Winchester, VA, passed away on Monday, October 16, 2023, at Blue Ridge Hospice Inpatient Care Center.

Concha was born in 1934, in Pousada, Pontevedra, Spain, the daughter of the late, Angel Sieiro Vales and Esperanza Roubin Penas. She was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Springfield, VA. Concha loved children and they loved her back. She loved to sing, loved the company of friends and family, and loved her dogs, Chulo and Bella.

She married Agripino Rey-Troitino in 1948, in Pousada, Pontevedra, Spain, he preceded her in death on July 14, 2014.

Concha is survived by her daughter, Esperanza S. Rey of Winchester, VA; sons, Jose Angel Rey, Sr. (Angela Rey) of Annandale, VA, Jaime S. Rey (Judith Rey) of Springfield, VA; grandchildren, Jose Angel Rey, II (Kate) of Richmond, VA. David Rey of Annandale, VA, Angela Rey of Malaga, Spain; great-grandchildren, Sophia Rey of Richmond, VA, Jose Angel Rey, III of Richmond, VA and sister-in-law, Esperanza R. Roubin of McLean, VA.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother, Angel S. Roubin.

A mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, October 23, 2023 at 10:30am at St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Springfield, VA with Fr. Jeb Donelan officiating.
