Claudia Dell (Moore) Heikes, 88, of Winchester, VA, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at her home.

Dell was born in 1935 in West Monroe, LA, the daughter of the late Arthur and Claudia Moore. She was a retired owner of an employment agency.

She married Darryl Lee Heikes on February 14, 1964, in Dallas, TX. He preceded her in death on September 18, 2018.

Dell is survived by her daughter, Deidre Dawn Williams (Tom) of Winchester, VA; son, Derek Heikes (Kim) of Denton, TX and granddaughters, Lexie Williams and Victoria Williams.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and grandson, Tommy Williams, III.

Services for Dell will be private.
