Joy Triggs left a message on July 3, 2019:
Uncle Charles will be sorely missed by my whole family. We counted on him to know everything we didn't about the land, hunting, animals, engines, gardening, people and family. He would answer any question, and laughed about those that seemed silly to him, but never made us feel ignorant. If he didn't know, he'd say, "you better ask someone else that question". He was my only advocate in understanding what actually lives in our forest, and that we have eagles in our airspace. He called me "joyee" and I loved it. I never knew the "Charlie Racey" who was the HR director, only "Uncle Charles". He was the most thoughtful man, and I will miss him so much!
