Love and Blessing to the family-a true loss to the world at large. My heart has broken open and memories fall like rain...workinng on the cabin, camping at Lake Anna, concerts, cookouts, holiday celebrations.Plain ole everyday living was always more fun with Wild Bill around! A friend to anyone,an uncle to some and a brother to many, I cant help but think *what a long strange trip its been...*!! I thank you for your presence in our lives--you will live on in the hearts of many kindred spirits!

I met Billy late in life and our time together was way too short, I feel I know a lot of his friends by the stories he told of both good times and some sad. We spent many evening sharing memories and making plans that I wish we would have had time to fulfill. Lord knows he lit up a room and I swear he could make a friend in an elevator during a 30 second ride. He was loud and full of life and I will miss him for the rest of my life. He led me to many good friends who I know loved him and will have good times sharing tales of the big man who shook the world. His laugh was infectious, his soul was deep, and his friendship was given freely. He was a good man and a great friend and I am a better person for knowing him.

Billy and I met when he was 16, he got the nick name punk boy because I was the grownup 21 year old, oh the stories I could tell...his heart was as big as all outdoors and was loved by many, he will be missed and remembered fondly.
Bishop Russell E. Brayley left a message on March 25, 2016:
Our sincere condolences from Billy's church family. To lose a brother to the inevitability of mortality is never easy, but we all take comfort and find hope in the promise of resurrection and immortality through the atonement of Jesus Christ.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.
