Charles “Billy” William Keffer, Jr., 52, of Frederick County, Virginia, died Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at Winchester Medical Center.
Mr. Keffer was born in 1963, in Warrenton, Virginia, the son of the late Margaret L. and Charles W. Keffer, Sr. He was a graduate of James Wood High School, Class of 1981. Mr. Keffer was a Master Carpenter for residential and commercial building. He was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Winchester. Mr. Keffer enjoyed motorcycles, both riding and working on them and watching them race. He loved going to concerts – especially Grateful Dead concerts. He took pleasure in building model cars, going to Lake Anna, jet skiing, hunting and anything that was loud and fast.
Surviving is his sister, Tina Martin (Barry) of Martinsburg, West Virginia; brother, Dale Keffer of Shawneeland, Virginia; nephews, Blaine Martin (Lane) of Glengary, West Virginia and Bradley Martin of Martinsburg, West Virginia; great-nephew, Benjamin Martin and great-niece, Audrey Martin, both of Glengary, West Virginia; his close friend of 30 years, Linda Zierden of Stephens City, Virginia, as well as many other close friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016, at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Falls Ruritan on Back Mountain Road in Frederick County, Virginia.
