Christine Talley left a message on January 13, 2020:
I am so sorry to hear of this. Prayers to the family. I worked with Charles at FEMA and he was a delightful person. So many stories he shared. I met his wife on one occasion and they were a very blessed couple.
Caryn Taylor left a message on January 12, 2020:
Mr. Charles was a part of my FEMA family. He was handsome and very wise. Some how I seemed to need advice more than others and he was there with guidance. Our conversation will always be cherished. RIP Mr. Charles.

RIP Charley, you will be sadly missed.
Susan Sirbaugh Jaeger left a message on January 9, 2020:
Charlie Hoak has been around our family for years and years. He was a great friend of my uncle Gene Combs. He loved bluegrass music and in the past several years we ( my dad - Dick Sirbaugh & myself) frequently sat with him at the Apple Blossom Bluegrass tent. Charlie was a kind man, a true gentleman and the world is missing those today. You and your family have the deep sympathies of the extended Sirbaugh family.
