Charles L. Reightler, 86 of Stephens City, VA, passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at English Meadows Stephens City.

Chuck was born in 1937 in Maryland, the son of the late Chester Reightler and Helen (Haines) Reightler Hawes. He was a graduate of Brunswick High School and served our country in the United States Air Force. Chuck retired in 1995 as a Computer Specialist for the Internal Revenue Service. He was a member of the Charles Town Moose Lodge and loved to go bowling and fishing.

He is survived by his wife, Agnes, whom he married in March of 1999, son, Kenneth Reightler (Vicki); grandchildren, Amy Reightler, Brooks Fritts and Jerry Reightler; 14 great-grandchildren; stepsons, James and Douglas Morris.

Along with his parents, Chuck is preceded in death by his daughter, Lenora Reightler, sister, Janet Lee Hall and his first wife, Diane Tritapoe Reightler.

A graveside service will be held for Chuck on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 2pm in Park Heights Cemetery in Brunswick, MD.
