On July 25, 2017, in Winchester, Virginia, beloved husband for 28 years of Marcia A. Perkins; son of Nancy and Charles Perkins, Sr., stepson of Marian Perkins; father of Christy Perkins, Heather Amy, Nickolas Perkins (Jessica), and Charles Perkins, III; grandfather of seven; brother of Kim Perkins and Dee Dee Pierce (John). A memorial service by invitation only will be held at a later date in Falls Church, VA. Because of Chuck’s love for animals memorial contributions may be sent to any SPCA of the donor’s choice. Arrangements are being handled by Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel, 1600 Amherst Street, Winchester, Virginia.
