Dear Sonya and Aunt Eva, I am so sorry of your tremendous loss!!! May God guide you thru the upcoming days and years ahead of you. Your lives will never be the same but he will forever watch over you. Spending holidays in Los Sauces was always something I looked forward for him to arrive. Sending my condolences for all who were blessed with knowing my uncle Charlie. My favorite memories we’re listening to him share about Jesus & share stories of hurting people all over the world. My earliest memory was in lasauces, when I had the flu, in the middle of the night. He cleaned me up, applied some remedies, & gently put me back to bed. I loved running races with him & my dad & going to church w him in Albuquerque. Over the years he kept in touch through Christmas cards where he always started his greetings with grace, peace & mercy from God & Jesus Christ our Lord. I celebrate him as he finished his race, he fought the good fight of helping those in distress, & now able to reap his reward. A life well lived. We will miss him but never forget him.
