Charles Douglas Robinson, 81 of Winchester, VA, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at Evergreen Health & Rehab.

Doug was born on June 20, 1943 in Winchester, VA to parents Curtis and Esther Robinson and was one of sixteen children. He retired after more than 30 years as a machine operator for Crown, Cork & Seal. Doug enjoyed horses, trail riding and camping, especially the yearly camping trip to Slainesville, WV.

He is survived by his significant other, Karen (Barrett) Owens, sisters, Betty Shifflett and Mary Jean Welch and brothers, Curtis and Tommy Robinson.

Along with his parents, Doug is preceded in death by his sisters, Nancy Oates, Bonnie Robinson, Janie Corbin, Anne Wymer and Ella Lee Cooke and his brothers, Jack, Jimmy, Patrick, Johnny, Donald and Larry Robinson.

Services for Doug will be private.
