Charles Austin Dean

Charles Austin Dean, age 75, of Winchester, Virginia, died Sunday, May 27, 2012, at a local nursing facility.

Mr. Dean was born in 1937 in Oldtown, Maryland, the son of the late Lee P. and Gertrude N. Dean. He was employed as a TV repair man. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army with the rank of Corporal serving during the Korean Conflict. He was of the Methodist faith.

Mr. Dean is survived by a son, Charles Dean, Jr.; two sisters, Virginia Wetzel and Margaret Brown; and one brother Junior Lee Dean as well as several nieces and nephews and many close friends..

Three sisters, Leona Gertler, Merceda Foley, Reda Kerns, and three brothers, Carl Dean, Vergil Dean, and Hansel Dean preceded him in death.

All services will be private.
