Ruth and family .... Saddened to hear of Chuck's passing. Known him for 35 years through Scouting. Scouting and family were his loves and he served all well. Will miss seeing the coffee cup on his belt.

We have lost a huge part of scouting. I can still see Mr. Fleming coming across the field to enjoy his 1st cup of morning coffee. He always had his cup in his belt. May the lord have a fresh pot ready for him. RIP CHUCK

I always enjoyed chatting with Mr. Fleming at Camp Rock Enon or when I would see him at the mall. His wit and wisdom were always an inspiration to many. He always carried his old metal shallow coffee cup and would enjoy coffee at almost every meal. Thank you, Mr. Fleming, for you friendship and encouragment! He will be missed by many.
