I am so sorry to hear of Betty's passing She was my dear friend for many years. She was a member of Soroptimist International and a member of P.E.O.. She was Grand Marshall of Delano,CA annual Harvest Festival. Betty loved to travel and was always an avid photographer taking beautiful pictures capturing those times and entering them in many contest. Her photos were just use as decorations for a PEO meeting titled Photos from the Attic this past March. All members of both organizations will miss her and all her stories. No matter what I never heard Betty say a cross word or complain. She was torn when leaving her long time home here in Delano, but wanted to be near her daughter. She loved and talked about her children and grandchildren and bragged about their accomplishments. She will be missed by many and would be proud to be buried at Arlington . Barbara Kulukjian

One of my fondest memories of Betty was always buying Irish Sweepstakes tickets from her back in the 80's. I always seemed to run into Betty at the post office and she'd always have tickets ready for me. I send my fondest condolences to Suzette, Jon, and their families.
