I am so sorry to hear about Beth's passing. And so sorry to have missed her service today. She was always so kind and always had a smile to share. I met her at Dr Dabinett's and Dr. Wilson's office. She was so supportive and always willing to listen. After she left there, which I was so disappointed when she did, it was always wonderful to see her in town somewhere. There was a time when I had my kids with me and I ran into Beth at the grocery store. After we had talked for awhile and the kids and I got into the car they asked me if she was a friend from when I was in college. They thought we had known each other for a very long time. When at that time it hadn't been that long. It was wonderful to have known you, Beth. Thank you for your wonderful smile and caring heart. You will be missed. Your family is in my prayers.

Beth Ann, as I called you (since I am MargaretAnn) I am so sorry I did not know you were sick. My heart has grieved all week because I wish I had know and I would have reached out to you. We had many good times taking care of the patient's @ Durham OB GYN. You would lighten up the room with you beautiful smile, your princess like grace and your kind, loving heart. Your patients adore you, the coworkers, Physicians and Peers admire you. We so hated it when you left to further your career even though we were being selfish not wanting you to go. To your Family: you spoke of your Mom, Dad, siblings, Sister-in-law - nieces and nephew so often. You were so proud of your brother for his Military Service. You shared of the many good times you had with your sister. Your love for running, your dog and your Veggie diet always made me admire your strong will to now waiver from your "healthy" routines. You had confidence and deep values you would not falter from. I love you Beth and wish I could be there today. Please know I will be there in my heart. I have many treasures I hold as deep memories in my heart. I Love you Beth. "Praise her for the many fine things she does. These good deeds of hers shall bring her honor." Proverbs 31:31 "God paints every flower a beautiful hue...and your life (Beth) with a beautiful purpose." Please know my thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends.

Working together @ Durham OBGYN @ Duke was when I first met you! All of your patients love you as well as the co-workers, Physicians and peers. Your beautiful smile would light up the room. You were always kind, angelic like and a joy to be with. I am sorry I did not know your were ill or I would have contacted you! Our time working together was always fun, and the patient's received excellent care and advice from you. My time with you holds a special place in my heart where only treasured memories go. Rest in peace my sweet angel and friend. To the Family: Beth loves you all very much and spoke of each one of you very often. I pray for you all during this time of loss. Love, MargaretAnn, Triage Nurse @ Durham OB GYN/Duke/2609 N Duke Street - Durham NC 27704, God be with you all. I know Beth has a beautiful place in heaven. She was a wonderful lady, caring, giving and brought so much joy to every one! "Lord you are my shield, my glory, and my only hope. You alone can lift my head. In honor and loving memory to a dear friend~ Beth A Moore, I can't be with you as you are laid to rest tomorrow, but you will stay in my heart, where you have always been. Throughout middle school and high school you were an unconditional friend... a safe haven in the typical adolescent angst! And I have forever cherished our daily runs (ok, they always turned into walk and talks, but as far as anyone else knows they were runs!), the ENDLESS drill team practices and making up dances together for try-outs, the band performances and our morning rides to high school. You were definitely one of the best parts of my youth! You were an angel on earth and I am happy you now officially have your wings. Love you and miss you, friend ❤️

Beth was such a beautiful, caring, and selfless soul who will be greatly missed! I had the privilege of working with Beth at Durham OB/GYN after she completed the PA program at Duke. I remember her love for her dog Beau and her passion for healthy living. After working in women's health, Beth was able to focus her skills on caring for cancer survivors. She truly possessed great gifts of empathy and caring for others. Even in sickness, Beth always remarked that she had a blessed life. Indeed, it was a blessing to have been a part of her wonderful life. Her life will always be an inspiration to be as selfless and caring as she was!

It was my pleasure to have taught Beth. She was one of those wonderful "rays of sunshine" in the classroom. On those all too infrequent times when our paths crossed in later years, Beth was always upbeat and left me feeling as though I had made a positive impact as a teacher. I am certain that she touched many other people in the same way during her time with us. My prayers for God's blessings on Beth and her family.

Beth and I went to high school together and reconnected through social media many years ago. She always had a smile and was a positive influence on others. Her memory will live on in each of us and in her loving family. I am praying for peace and comfort for her family. I am unable to make it home for her service but I wanted to reach out and say the world just lost a ray of light. Rest now Beth your work here is done. Love you girl~always!

I'm so glad I got to see you again, Beth, just a month or so ago. Whether it was the 80's in high school or recently... you always greeted with a huge smile and a sincere warm hug! Obviously there were tears in both our eyes knowing what you were going through. But, there was no discussion just a heart warming smile, hug and a "so good to see you". Beth, you had a gift of always bringing a smile and adding sunshine to the day of everyone you met. It was definitely my honor and privilege to be considered your friend. I'll miss you! Rest in peace, dear friend

"Good friends help you find important things when you have lost them...things like your smile, your hope and your courage." Beth never lost any of these. I feel so blessed that she chose me as her friend and she that allowed me to be part of her care team to the very end. I will miss her warm brown eyes and her loving heart always. Thank you for reminding me to smile, and for giving me hope and courage; but most of all thank you for being my friend.
