Barbara “Barb” Jean Pearce, 84, of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia died Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at her home.
Ms. Pearce was born in 1932 in Wharton, New Jersey, the daughter of the late Russell and Edith Fine. She graduated from Dover High School and retired from the federal government. Ms. Pearce was of the Presbyterian faith. She was an avid gardener, loved to go for rides in the country, and loved her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Pearce on December 25, 1995, and her daughter Lauren B. Pearce on October 5, 2014.
Surviving is daughter, Kathleen S. Pearce (Donald E. Wright) of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia; sister, Janice Fine of New Jersey; brother, Russell Fine (Susan) of Washington State; grandchildren, Gwendolyn J. Bordeaux (Brian) and Rachael N. Bartholomew (Eric) both of Marshall, Virginia and four great-grandchildren, Brennen and Jack Bordeaux, and Brooklyn and Russell Bartholomew.
All services will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
