Jerome and the Timmons Family, I had the privilege of working with Scott both at WMC and at Trex. I am so sorry for your loss!! There are not words to ease your pain, but please know that your family will be held close in thought and prayer during this difficult time! I will always remember Scott and how his well-timed wit could make any situation better. A phone call from him could light up the day and bring a smile to your face! May God Bless you!

When I think about Scott and high school it feels like an episode of 'My So Called Life'. Scott had a wicked smile and a wonderfully acerbic wit that was self deprecating instead hurtful. In addition to being funny and kind, Scott danced to his own drummer seemly almost from birth. To me there is no greater compliment than not only being your own man but true to yourself. I believe that was Scott's gift, the innate understanding that only after you can be true to yourself, you can be true to others.

Dear Timmons family & Jerome ~ I was so very sorry to learn of Scott's passing. We worked together at Winchester Imaging & shared many memories over the years...at work, at parties, & occasionally after work. One of my favorite memories shared with Scott was when he volunteered to take me shopping in Winchester (because I live in WV & am directionally-challenged) to find an outfit for an upcoming class reunion. He waited patiently and when I would step out for his opinion - more than once he said "Oh no girlfriend...try again". Loved that honesty. And for his assistance - I had gotten him (& Jerome) a gift of a solar-powered crystal rainbow maker - he LOVED IT & that made me happy too ! We shared numerous other memories, laughs, and - when needed - hugs. I will definitely miss him too. Especially when calling into the office to talk with him & he would answer so professionally saying "Thanks for your patience, this is Scott" then, of course when he realized it was just me we'd laugh. I realize that no words, no matter how heartfelt or sincere, will ease your grief & so, I will just pray that you find comfort in the memories you all shared. Prayers & my most genuine sympathies ~ k

I worked with Scott as his work insurance broker several years ago. Scott was so sweet and always one of my favorite clients. I used to take donuts to all the employee meetings and Scott was the first to get one! I also used to make him chocolate chip cookies and take to him. Even though I have not seen him in several years due to my disability, I will miss him knowing I can no longer see him. I will miss you Scott
