Audrey Anna Churchill

Audrey Anna Churchill, 12, of Frederick County, Virginia, died Sunday, September 11, 2011 in Winchester Medical Center.

Audrey was born in 1998, in Franklin, Pennsylvania the daughter of Richard K. and Concetta Churchill. She was a 6th grader at Northwestern Region Educational Program. Audrey loved music, keyboarding and singing, the water, swimming and horses. She was a great fan of “Wheel of Fortune”.

Surviving with her parents is her brother, Luke Alexander Churchill; her sister, Julia Marjorie Churchill; grandparents, Tina and Franco Castorio of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Marjorie Churchill Purnell of Southport, North Carolina and aunts, uncles, cousins and relatives. Her grandfather, Alan Churchill, preceded her in death.

A Funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 PM on Friday at First Presbyterian Church with Reverend Dr. Richard Reifsnyder officiating. Interment will be private.

The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Audrey Anna Churchill Benefit Memorial Fund c/o Well Fargo Bank, Winchester, Virginia, or to Omps Funeral Home, 1600 Amherst Street, Winchester, VA 22601.
