Arvid Allen Peterson, 80, of Winchester, VA, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at Winchester Medical Center.

Allen was born in 1943 in Chicago, IL, the son of the late Arvid Axel and Irma Mae (Johnson) Peterson. He served our country in the United States Army and was a Specialist 4. Allen graduated with his Associate’s Degree in Business from Northeastern University in Chicago. He retired from sales in the Electronics industry.

He is survived by his wife, Francisca, whom he married on November 9, 1966; daughter, Jennifer Anne Germer (Tim) of Herndon, VA; grandchildren, Tim, Jr. and Gracie Germer of Herndon, VA and a number of cousins.

Services for Allen will be private.
