Anne Elaine Zahniser Conolly, 83, of Frederick County, Virginia, died Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at Winchester Medical Center.

Mrs. Conolly was born in 1932, in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Elizabeth and Clarence Zahniser. She was a retired Fairfax County elementary school music teacher.

Surviving is her daughter, Tara Beth Conolly Palmer; son, Patrick Conolly; grandson, Christian Patrick Conolly, all of San Diego, California; her brother, Marvin Zahniser of Columbus, Ohio; and her husband, Lembit Lehestik of Frederick County, Virginia.

A private graveside service will be conducted in North Chili Cemetery, North Chili, New York.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Salvation Army, 300 Fort Collier Road, Winchester, Virginia, 22603.
