Anna Belle Fowler, 84, of Winchester, VA, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Anna was born in 1939 in Paw Paw, WV, the daughter of the late Roy and Edna Kidwell. She was a homemaker and co-owner of the family home business.

She married Donald Lee Fowler and he preceded her in death on October 10, 2016.

Anna is survived by her daughters, Lisa A. Fowler, Donnal M. Fowler; son, Gregory L. Fowler; 5 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and her companion, George W. Wright.

he is preceded in death by her parents, husband; sister, Mabel (Woods) Allen and brothers, Lynn Kidwell, Marvin Kidwell, and Eston Kidwell.
