Andrew “Andy” Webster White Jr., 66, of Stephens City, VA passed away December 10, 2025 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born July 4, 1959, in Winchester the son of the late Andrew Webster White Sr. and Catherine Marie Miller.

Andy was a 1979 graduate of James Wood High School and was employed as a General Manager for various companies in the Winchester area. He was former President of the Sherando High School Band Boosters and in his spare time enjoyed watching racing and was even on a local racing team at the Winchester Speedway. He also enjoyed camping, traveling, spending time with family and friends but above all else spending time with his grandchildren.

He married his wife of 46 years Christa Barbara Meuser on March 24, 1979.

In addition to his wife Christa, he is also survived by his two sons Andrew W. White III (Rebecca) and Brandon S. White; his daughter Andrea N. Fisher (Erik); grandchildren Lane Fisher, Lillian White, Chase White and Laikyn Fisher; his brother Bobbie White (The Late Patsy); sisters Linda Barnes, Deborah Spaid (The Late Phillip) and Wanda Veach (Phillip); mother in law Elisabeth “Oma” Meuser (The Late Horst); brother in law Richard Meuser (Deborah) as well as many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
