Alison Tufts Morra, 51, peacefully entered into her eternal rest on August 2, 2014. She is survived by her husband of twenty-four years, Thomas P. Morra and two children, TJ Morra and Margret Rose Han Morra.
Alison was born in Wilmington, Delaware. She grew up in Pennsylvania. and graduated from the University of Richmond.
She is survived by her parents, Ann and Edgar Tufts and siblings, Karen and Ray Hillyard, Winchester, VA, Elizabeth and David Brown, Pittsburgh, PA, Robert and Kimberly Tufts, Banner Elk, NC. She is also survived by in-laws, Mildred and Lerino Morra, Manahawkin, NJ, Stephen and Noelle Morra, Bridgewater, NJ, Laureen and Robert Gonnella, Manahawkin, NJ. Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends will miss her dearly.
Alison was a joyous and happy mother and wife making their home a place of activity filled with love. She home schooled her children and was heavily involved in the family farm. She was also a member of Ketoctin Covenant Presbyterian Church (OPC) in Purcellville Va.
Funeral services will be held at Opequon Presbyterian Church, Kernstown, VA at 10:00am August 8, 2014. A brief reception will follow at the church. Interment will be private.
