From our first meeting at a BBQ, to your first work study position at LFCC, moving on to a part-time admin, and eventually full-time Dean's office Administrative Specialist, your goals and dreams have been unstoppable. I watched you receive your two year degree from LFCC and felt so proud as you continued diligently to receive your four year degree from EMU. I was blessed to have attended your beautiful wedding to Rick and a few years later I remember the good news that Hunter O. Burton would be arriving. What you have been through no words can describe, no heart can understand, but I know this to be true... in my lifetime I have never met anyone as strong, compassionate, understanding, beautiful, and kind, with a genuine love for family, friends, and those who continue their journeys with hope because you were always positive despite what you were enduring.
