Roxanne L. Palmer, 58, of Stephenson, VA passed away Monday, February 8, 2021, at Winchester Medical Center.

Roxanne was born in 1962 in New York, daughter of the late Rocco and Linda Forjone. She was a Sales Associate for WalMart.

Roxanne married Thomas F. Palmer, Jr. on August 8, 2001 in Virginia.

Surviving with her husband are daughters, Terri Wormuth (Andrew Franke) of Weedsport, NY and Terra Napolitano (Dan) of Cato, NY; grandchildren, Brayden Franke, Cole, Kelsey, and Cade Napolitano; sister, Melissa Forjone (Joe Greene); nephews, Cory Forjone (Devin), Justin Pickard, and Aaron Smith (Danielle); and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Along with her parents, Roxanne was preceded in death by a brother, Rocco Forjone.

A private ceremony will be held for immediate family due to COVID-19. A celebration of life will be held at a later date for family and friends to attend.

Services are being handled by Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel and Baris Funeral Home in Clyde, NY.
