My deepest condolences and prayers to Billy's family. I feel blessed we had a wonderful conversation days before he passed. I find comfort in that I have a treasure trove of awesome memories since we met in 1993. He was so good to Mama, Colleen Dill, also surprising her with a bag of chocolate now and then. The last time we danced and he popped a wheelie in his wheelchair was last year's Halloween party where a few of his classmates he hadn't seen in awhile came over to the table. One of many treasured memories. I will miss out adventures ... always!

Even in this time of sorrow, when I think of Bill I smile. He always had a kind smile and a great sense of humor. He could make me laugh. And, not just a little laugh, but that deep down hold your stomach, rolling on the floor kind of laugh. He was kind and generous and will be missed by so many. I pray you are resting in peace now. I will hold that smile in my heart forever. With love, Trisha & Family

Bill was my stepfather and friend. His love and encouragement helped shape who I am. My childhood memories of him are consistent--FUN! He could always make me laugh and yet he had quiet words of wisdom to share and inspire me with. God made a special man when he created Bill--There will never be another one like him!

Bill was very supportive of "live" music in Winchester, Virginia. We shared many conversations on my breaks. As veterans we told each other our military horror stories and managed to laugh at them. I will miss him.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Sorry to see you go, Bill. I met you for the first time during a game of 8-ball at Belle Starr in Winchester. Always enjoyed playing you - the only wheelchair-bound person I've ever played. And you had some serious talent. Glad to know that you're with the Lord, now. Rest in peace, sir.
