Margaret Catherine Kehoe, 92, of Winchester, VA, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at Winchester Medical Center. She was born in Brooklyn, NY to George and Adeline Vessenmeyer. She was an active member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Winchester, VA since moving here in 1990.

Peggy is survived by her two children, Maura Harris (Gregory) and James Kehoe (Carol), both of Winchester, VA. She was preceded in death by her parents, her eldest son, Kevin Kehoe (Donna), her brother George Vessenmeyer and her sister Joan McDermott.

Peggy was a devoted grandmother to 11 grandchildren Kelly Harris Hudes (Adam), Ryan Kehoe (Jocelyn), Brendan Kehoe, Gregory P. Harris Jr. (Katherine), Kathryn Harris (James), James Kehoe (Erin), Julianne Moss (Gregory), Sean Kehoe, Christopher Kehoe, Matthew Harris (Alvaro Santamaria), and Elizabeth Stearns (Samuel). “GG Peggy” also has 11 great grandchildren Ella, Lucy, Maxwell, Alexander, Henry, Emily, Hannah, Benjamin, Grant, Evelyn, and Elijah. Peggy will also be missed by her nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Winchester, VA on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 11:30am. Family and friends will gather at the church at 11am prior to Mass.
