Earl Vince Brannon, Jr., 74 of Baker, WV, passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at E.A. Hawse Healthcare Center in Baker, WV.

Earl was born in 1951 in Frederick County, VA, the son of the late Earl Vince Brannon, Sr., and Shirley (Collier) Brannon. H retired as a janitor for the Frederick County School System.

He is survived by his sister, Betty Cochran of Winchester.

In addition to his parents, Earl is preceded in death by is brother, Gerald Brannon and half-brother, Ronny Collier.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 11am in Pine Grove Cemetery in Winchester.
