William E. Storm

William “Bill” Earl Storm, 73, of Frederick County, Virginia, died Monday, November 28, 2011, in Winchester Medical Center.

Mr. Storm was born in 1938 in Baltimore, Maryland, the son of the late Harrison Franklin and Catherine Storm. He was a tool maker with K T Design and Prototype. Mr. Storm was a member of the N.R.A. and the Berryville Moose Lodge #2139. He was a graduate of Milford Mill High School, Class of 1956.

He married Hilda Mendez on November 25, 1977, in Towson, Maryland.

Surviving with his wife, are two daughters, Sandra Storm of Hanover, Pennsylvania, Susan Storm of Manchester, Maryland, sons, William H. Storm and James R. Storm both of Hanover Pennsylvania; four step-children, Enrique G. Mendez, Luis G. Mendez both of Winchester, Virginia, Patricia G. Mendez of Mexico City, and Roberto G. Mendez of California; four grandchildren and six step-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Friday evening, from 5:00-7:00 PM, at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
